I'm Can, a 3D generalist and animator based in Turkey. My work sits at the intersection of creature design, environment building, and cinematic animation. I'm drawn to the strange and the organic, characters that carry their own mythology, landscapes that feel both alien and familiar. The pieces in this portfolio are personal works developed for social media, where my content has reached millions of viewers organically. Each work begins with a question about feeling: what does this world smell like, what happened here before we arrived, what will happen after we leave. I work primarily in Blender, combining character animation, VFX, lighting and environment design into single cohesive scenes. Some works use AI-generated base meshes as a starting point, which I then reshape, texture, rig and animate into something entirely my own. I'm applying to TH Köln because I want to develop the conceptual and technical depth behind what I already make intuitively. This is a selection of seven works. I hope they take you somewhere.
